Tech was helpful, respectful, and successful in doing a temporary fix of my refrigerator water hose leak. He said a plumber will have to replace the reverse osmosis line that leads to the refrigerator.

Thomas from Sears was a really knowledgeable, nice technician who quickly diagnosed by refrigerator issues. He cleaned up after himself and left the refrigerator in working condition again. I recommend Sears Appliance Repair services.

Your tech was great, but not being able to talk to a person is extremely frustrating!!! I understand AI is the future, but people need to available to speak to a specialist, especially the ones over 65!
