Personable and professional… and friendly! Honestly explained the situation and concluded by agreeing I’d be best served, given the cost of repairs, with instead working on replacement for the fridge… not an optimal situation but a very satisfactory experience either way Don!

I will request Tim G. to fix my dishwasher, any-day! One other repairman from your company said I needed a pump and I am grateful Tim G. Came to the rescue. No pump needed. All it had was a clog in the water line, not letting the water to drain properly.
