No call, no show for appt with an 8 hour window.

I have never left a bad review anywhere but the customer service is abysmal. No matter what phone number you call you can only talk to an AI robot no real human being. They tell you you can easily change your appointment using the link they send you and you CANNOT. We were able to get another repair service sooner I tried to cancel my appointment over the link they said sorry not possible please call this number. I call the number the ROBOT tells me it’s canceled no option to talk to a human no matter what you do or say. 2 hours later I get a text confirming my appointment. It tells you press this number to cancel and I do to cancel for the 3rd time it says sorry not an option please call and sends me back the AI line. It is absolutely asinine that there is no phone number or option for speaking with a person. I have tried to cancel this appointment probably 10 times now it keeps saying your appointment has been canceled and then continues to send me confirmation for my appointment so this poor repair man is probably going to show up to my house only for no one to be home which is not only a waste of his time but now I’m wasting my lunch break at work trying to cancel this for the 10th time.

Very disappointing, we had a ge monogram dishwasher with an error code FTD - failed to drain check air gap disposer Charged us $149 and said he never worked on a ge monogram dishwasher before and spent 10 minutes and could not figure out our problem
