The Technician came at a desired time, was friendly and respectful, did a great job determining the problem and replacing the control board. He was careful not to damage anything. Did the job in great time. He did an awesome job. I would recommend him to anyone. We were very pleased. Definitely 5 Stars.

The technician did a fine job of evaluating the situation and offering us sound advice. However, there is no written summary of the visit with details of the conversation for reference. No diagnostic for me to provide to the manufacturer for the warranty claim. So, I paid $150 for a conversation and had to argue it out with the manufacturer.

We’ve had to use Sears many times due to our home warranty program. It’s frustrating because there’s no way to get in touch with someone. We had an appointment scheduled, waited all day for someone to come only to have it cancelled at the end of the day and rescheduled for a week out! When the technician finally came, our stove top was left more broken than it was before he came.
