I switched to Sears Home Services from another service provider because the first company couldn't help us for a week. The Sears technician (Charles) was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He discovered that the previous technician (from the other company) had installed the belt upside down during a recent repair, causing it to slip on the drum, create new, unintended grooves on the smooth side, and eventually fray, even breaking the pulley wheel. Sears is my new service provider going forward.

David fixed our Samsung stove (not dishwasher). EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT ! He was very focused, knowledgeable, customer focused, and had an answer for everything. We were very impressed with his expertise, his friendly manner, and how he troubleshooted .
