I loved both Charles who came out for the service and Seth who did the quote but the Sears ai system rescheduled my install 3 times and kept pushing it out farther for no reason. apprehensive about using again but the techs were great

First let me say Cass was polite but by his own admission, he was not really familiar with John Deere tractors. I'm not sure why Sears sends a repair man to a job with a tractor he is not familiar with. In conclusion the diagnosis was a broken belt, sears asked several times what kind of tractor I had so they send me a gentleman who can't fix the problem. After all us said and done with the diagnosis fee and the new belt with installation was close to $ 400 dollar. Sears had absolutely no sense of urgency to take care of the customer.His return trip would have taken almost three weeks, I'm sorry that is amateur hour . I will absolutely in no way EVER USE YOUR SERVICE OR RECOMMEND SEARS FOR ANYTHING TO ANYONE. ABSOLUTE RIPP OFF . I WILL BE POSTING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SECOND RATE COMPANY.
