Joseph was efficient and friendly. It didn't take him long to determine no parts would be available for fixing it. He did offer some advice on brands to choose. What was not his fault was that Bonnie told me parts would be available when I gave her the model and serial numbers. That was the basis for choosing Sears. I am disappointed that now I have to find a new oven.
