I loved both Charles who came out for the service and Seth who did the quote but the Sears ai system rescheduled my install 3 times and kept pushing it out farther for no reason. apprehensive about using again but the techs were great

Requested repair estimate, technician said parts were unavailable but the parts are available and the washer is fixed. No one to talk to about the issue by phone. They don’t care to do a good job. Tried calling again and phone number is only automated with no way to reach anyone.
