Scheduled a repair for today between 8:00 a.m. and noon. The guy didn't show up and eventually it got rescheduled for between 1:30 to 2:30 pm, guy still never showed up, so I cancelled.

Calling or chatting is all AI with limited options for questions. Received an appointment for a ridiculous time span of 7am-4pm. Didn't get a single update all day tried to get one through chat and also called called only to be told my appointment is 7am-4pm no updated ETA. All to just receive a text at 4:45pm that my appointment was being rescheduled. Worked from home for nothing. Absolutely furious. Cancelled the rescheduled will never attempt to use them again

Requested repair estimate, technician said parts were unavailable but the parts are available and the washer is fixed. No one to talk to about the issue by phone. They don’t care to do a good job. Tried calling again and phone number is only automated with no way to reach anyone.
