Tech repaired our LG wash machine water leak. However, our detergent and additives door on top of the machine is now out of alignment, and doesn’t open and close properly.

So far, Sears is zero for six -- four appointment no-shows, and two where the refrigerator was not fixed. The last was a no-show and I'm rescheduled by their AI system. Here's a good example of where AI is not beneficial, at least to the customer. I'm stuck in an endless loop. Extremely poor business model.

The technician was fine… my service window was 7-11am… he showed up after noon… I got charged $300 for labor and it took him all of 4 minutes to install it… my washing machine works fine but $540 was highway robbery

Horrible service- service technician removed some lint from our dryer- left on counter of laundry room- never repaired dryer- noise still persists. I left laundry room to check on landscapers in back of house- when I returned technician left our house without letting us know what the problem was, if parts were needed??? Received an email that work was completed. Dryer still making same noise. Truly a horrible experience.

He was one and a half hours late. The ai lady kept saying he was on time and would be here before 11 when it was noon. Some call center lady said I had no appointment.steve was fine but the process is bad. Would not use again

Warning DO NOT CALL THUS COMPANY. They never show up as scheduled and wait until closing and cancel at the last minute. I've been trying to get my oven fixed for over 1 month and after the first diagnosis they have cancelled three times now.

I am disappointed with my Sears repair. It seemed like all sears wanted to do was offer me a home warranty at $59 a month. The technician came out to my house in June repaired my microwave and I was charged $240 at that time and now six months later I am charged again for the same repair. Sears does not stand behind their work! Originally they told me $149 for the diagnosis then they tried to tell me $249 when they came to my house. Then they did a hard sell for their home warranty. Very disappointed. I’ll be looking for a different repair company

First thing thay was said was what he could not do. Appliances were supposed to be cleaned and that didn't happen. Price went from $99-$149 real quick for turning the hoses on, no cleaning whatsoever. Wont EVER use sears again!

I have tried to correct the address since I made the appointment. If you check your records this refrigerator is in Copper Harbor, Michigan. When it was purchase from your Houghton, Michigan store this is where it was delivered to. Your technician has come 4 times for the service protection plan. I can’t understand how you can’t get it right. The address is 1 Bernard, Copper Harbor, Michigan.
