David was good. My only problem with this service is your reminder texts/emails with the time the technician will arrive. We have waited all day twice now. Not only can you not provide a half day time slot (8-12 or 12-4 or 5) however early or late you work BUT you also cannot narrow down the correct arrival time within a hour. We have sat here from 7am until 3:30 and not one of the times for his arrival was correct. Totally unacceptable! The tech was fine-

The technician was very helpful, educated me on the problem, detailed the repairs needed transparently, and worked patiently with my appliance protection company to verify the work needed a well as getting the right parts and completing the work professionally. Outstanding service provided by Tim and his trainee Caleb. Tim went above and beyond diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher and making sure I understood exactly what the issue was. I couldn't have asked for a better service representative! A1!

Don came on time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with our ice machine. There was a water main break that ended up damaging the filter in the machine. We were concerned about an expensive replacement with the heat exchanger and evaporator but Don was able to pinpoint the issue and the machine is working properly again.

Joshua was the best. It wasn’t easy I don’t think but he worked diligently and fixed my oven and he cleaned the coils on my refrigerator very thoroughly. I am very happy with the job he did. I will recommend Sears to everyone I know who requires any appliance repairs. Joshua’s goal was to make me a happy customer and he did!!
