Dan the technician was phenomenal. In spite of dealing with an ancient machine he resolved the issue within a few minutes and saved us hundreds of dollars!!! Highly recommend.

Brian provided excellent diagnosis and did the repair efficiently. In addition, he is a pleasant person and it was a breeze to coperate with him. The issue was a clogged condensate trap on the Carrier furnace 58MVP that generated error codes not pointing directly to the trap. I highly recommend Brian.
