Not only we were one of the first calls for the day, but Kevin was on time and seriously the nicest guy ever. Fixed the issue, cleaned up after himself, and even raised the door on the fridge which was a little crooked. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Technician that came today was very good. Communication regarding appt is horrible. Only way to reach anyone is thru automated system. I had two prior appts scheduled -1st one technician saud we werent home but there all the time. Try to reach someone but impossible. 2nd appt never received confirmation and no one showed. Again tried to reach someone but automated system kept leading me to the same place which was not helpful. Need to improve.
