The technician that came out to evaluate my refrigerator, I just want to say he did an excellent job. He was very helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I really appreciated his professionalism and the care he put into his work. Highly recommend!

Joshua and his partner were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Better than the previous techs that were sent out. This is the only reason they are getting the 5 star. The company as a whole could do better. We’ve been waiting to get this done since Dec of last year, after countless cancellations and rescheduling they finally got someone out that could keep the appointment.
