Technician was great, but AI assistant was terrible. It provided inaccurate information regarding my appointment time and when I tried to correct my name and actual appointment time it transferred me to another AI assistant who thankfully had the correct information. It would be more effective to talk with an actual person.

Richard was great. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Lowes warranty service and the problems with scheduling repairs. Sears was the third company sent to work on my ice maker since the end of May. Hopefully this time it will work. Again Richard was great.

They cleaned out a large glob of lint that had totally blocked our vent. Great job, great people. I was disappointed that it was not in their purview to replace the vent, tho I'd mentioned that in my online info sent prior to the visit. But they were great, thanks!
