Although Corey could not duplicate the noise issue after he inpected and tested everything our refrigerator is now operating MORE efficiently generating temperature at 38 degrees in the fridge portion. Definitely worth the service call.

Cass the tech that was sent out was fantastic. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. As for the appointment scheduling that dept. deserves a zero star. Operators are very hard to understand. When you do get an appointment, do not be surprised if no one shows. It happened to us 3 times, when this happens you have to call again only to deal with hard to understand people. They will then give you another appointment that can as far off as 3 more weeks. Operators WILL NOT let you speak to a supervisor to appeal. To sum it up, the phone service gets a zero while tech Cass gets a 10,
