Technician did not know how to properly access the area of our stove to provide service, took apart the stove in the wrong place. Then was rude to my husband when he questioned the tech about using the proper access panel. So then the tech threatened to just leave the visit if he "didn't feel comfortable." My husband is a journeyman electrician and was ensuring the guy did the job correctly- we only had to use a repair company due to stove being under warranty. I would not recommend this company to anyone that has a choice in what service provider to use

Awful service by Charles yesterday. I requested a regular routine maintenance service (which I have used in the past with no problems) on my dryer just to clean it . My dryer was taken completely apart and I was told it needed a new rotor for $384. I questioned the technician why he took my dryer completely apart for just a cleaning (which never happened before) and now my dyer is not working properly. I tried calling Sears and cannot get a live customer service agent to speak to just an AI agent. Also, this technician Charles tried to smooth things over with me by charging $50 instead of the & $99 maintenance fee, because I complain to him that my dryer was no longer operating the same as before. This occurred not even 24 hours later…my dryer is destroyed. PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE DO NOT USE SEARS for maintenance or repairs this was a desperate attempt to get money for a dying company unfortunately. Now I have to replace a dryer that was working just fine. BIG MISTAKE trusting Sears…it really is not the same company.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Assigned them for a warranty repair. This company should not be open. I have been rescheduled 6 times now. Missed work 2 days in a row to be told there is no technician in my area. Customer service (once you fight the bots to get through) is useless as they read a script of what to say. I know the script almost by heart from calling so many times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolute horrible service. They would not honor a Protection plan I purchased for my refrigerator and also every single time I try to call which has been weeks if not months now, Nobody seems to answer so I don't even think they are actually open. I can't understand how come no one can come fix this refrigerator in which I purchased a warranty from Sears. Which this is Sears that somebody should come fix it or at least take a look at it since it is covered.I would say I would not shop Sears anymore, but they are out of business and again.I can definitely see why extreme horrible customer service if the place even exists

absolutely awful. everything is done through a call center. a technician came to my house, and left after 3 minutes stating no one was home. I received no call back. there is no number to reach anyone. this terrible service has created chaos for my family and I. to make matters worse, I was told I would receive a return call from dispatch. it never happened. avoid sears at all costs. they do not have local representatives and no phone number to reach anyone. Dan is completely unprofessional. he did not attempt a single call. he just left. it is as if he cares nothing for customers.

Charged me $149 to tell me nothing is wrong with my fridge. My fridge is obviously leaking Freon, I can smell and taste it in my food. Man tells me Freon doesn’t have a smell (not true). Also said he goggled it and it could be from chemicals I use to clean fridge with. Which it’s not, I do not use chemicals in my fridge. He needs to Google what does Freon smell like. Said nothing is wrong with it, after smelling my fridge and still charged me $149. Did not check in any way if there was a leak.Did not even pull fridge out. $149 later and my fridge still smells and tastes like nail polish remover.

Avoid please! These people are not professional. I had to take a day off from them to come after giving a 8:00am-5:00 pm slot then they cancelled on me.
