Cass the tech that was sent out was fantastic. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. As for the appointment scheduling that dept. deserves a zero star. Operators are very hard to understand. When you do get an appointment, do not be surprised if no one shows. It happened to us 3 times, when this happens you have to call again only to deal with hard to understand people. They will then give you another appointment that can as far off as 3 more weeks. Operators WILL NOT let you speak to a supervisor to appeal. To sum it up, the phone service gets a zero while tech Cass gets a 10,

We had the best service man ever. He did the best job ever. The service guy before sure never did fix my oven right. Boy our service man today did over and above! I just can't say enough good about.
