It only took me a month,10+ phone calls and 3 different people to finally get my dryer fixed through my Sears warranty. This technician was outstanding, friendly,thorough,and actually fixed the appliance(simple fix). I don't know why sears sends people out who don't even work for them when this man who represents and works for Sears could have been sent out the entire time. Very appreciative of Dan(sears employee), very disappointed in the Sears warranty and will absolutely be canceling after years of wasted money. Thank you Dan, highly recommend you request him if you have to deals with Sears.
