I was disappointed when my first Technician unexpectedly cancelled my appointment and Sears rescheduled for another day without consulting me first. That is the reason for only 3 stars. But I was very satisfied with my Service Technician that did come out to assess my Frigidaire upright freezer. He was thorough and helped me understand his assessment as well as next steps for repair. I appreciated his honestly and knowledge of the appliance.

Had a dryer thermal fuse replaced and charged $337. The part was 30 dollars ( even lower if you buy from Home Depot) and labor was over 300 for a 20 min job. This is like highway robbery. If you want any return customer you need to change your pricing immediately. Nothing against the technician because he wasn’t the one who decide on the price and he got the job done, which is the only reason I gave a two star instead of one.

Absolute horrible service. They would not honor a Protection plan I purchased for my refrigerator and also every single time I try to call which has been weeks if not months now, Nobody seems to answer so I don't even think they are actually open. I can't understand how come no one can come fix this refrigerator in which I purchased a warranty from Sears. Which this is Sears that somebody should come fix it or at least take a look at it since it is covered.I would say I would not shop Sears anymore, but they are out of business and again.I can definitely see why extreme horrible customer service if the place even exists

absolutely awful. everything is done through a call center. a technician came to my house, and left after 3 minutes stating no one was home. I received no call back. there is no number to reach anyone. this terrible service has created chaos for my family and I. to make matters worse, I was told I would receive a return call from dispatch. it never happened. avoid sears at all costs. they do not have local representatives and no phone number to reach anyone. Dan is completely unprofessional. he did not attempt a single call. he just left. it is as if he cares nothing for customers.

Charged me $149 to tell me nothing is wrong with my fridge. My fridge is obviously leaking Freon, I can smell and taste it in my food. Man tells me Freon doesn’t have a smell (not true). Also said he goggled it and it could be from chemicals I use to clean fridge with. Which it’s not, I do not use chemicals in my fridge. He needs to Google what does Freon smell like. Said nothing is wrong with it, after smelling my fridge and still charged me $149. Did not check in any way if there was a leak.Did not even pull fridge out. $149 later and my fridge still smells and tastes like nail polish remover.
