I never had service done from this person but then I got a bill so not sure what's going on.

Technician Mario did nothing to help diagnose the issue of my machine, said he would not touch it and went out of his way to offer to word the diagnosis to LG so they could help. He then ended up lying to me about doing that and worded everything even worse, which resulted in me losing out on over a thousand dollars for my family. Terrible company. Terrible technicians. I would never recommend using Sears for repairs.

We had the funnel showe replaced which is what sprays water in washer. After repair we used washer once and the it wouldn’t spin at all while filling or anything. And my fiance said she notice it spun with lid open while filling and never did that before. So I’m looking for lid denser and it was missing. Notice 7 blinks on board and googled it and it said lid senser faulty. Well the guy must’ve broke the sensor fixing the washer. And just sliced the wires together. And the wire fell out of his connector which is why it quite working. So I twisted wires together and it worked again. Why I’m so pissed is he didn’t tell me it broke or gave me option to fix it. So now you can open lid on full spin and there’s no safety. What a joke.

The job is not done. So far the tech is helpful and working to try to correct issue. The frustration comes from not being able to contact a human. They have the wrong address and it’s been days of trying to correct it. Because of the wrong address the parts will not be delivered to the correct address. Causing a cascade of issues. A problem that could be corrected very easily if I could talk to a person.
