Didn't know that I had to provide my own light bulb for my oven,my technician was kind enough to let me leave and get one, however me maintenance man saw me and provided me with the bulb. My technician installed and problem was solved.

Was able to get a tech to come out in 24 hours, they were great on communicating timing, and the tech that came out was great. He gave me options, walked me through everything that was happening and in the end fixed the problem quickly and correctly.
