First repair service, man I've had in a long time that I really thought did the job to its full extent and expediently. But use him again.

Kaylyn B. Was very kind and courteous. The issue with the appliance seemed to have resolved itself by the time technician showed up but ran the dishwasher through various cycles. Just to verify all was working well. He did share with me the most probable cause of the error code I was getting which prompted the service call and how as a homeowner I could address it myself. Which is appreciated as of course that saves myself some money. Kaylyy does deserve a five-star rating.

Well, this was the 4th visit to repair/replace this part. The first part delivered ( plus a light) were damaged or made incomplete), not delivered the first time but this time the parts arrived and he was on time and efficiently installed them. Working well!
