He never called. The only reason I knew he was there is that i saw him with my Google app. He knew where the ac unit was at the side of the house, but never made an effort to see if it was leaking. We were sitting on the back deck. Terrible customer service!!

Appointment was 8-12. Early I. The morning text said around 9. Tech called at 930 and said between 10-11. Called again at 1030 and said 20 mins. Finally showed at 11:20. Was charged $149 to be told oven wasn’t repairable after I had provided model and serial number ahead of time. Do not use this company!

I have no contact info for the repair person and I have no updates on the status of the repair. My refrigerator is still not operational and I don’t know who to contact.

We bought a GE Profile Refrigerator from Lowes, and in 14 months it was broken and was not cooling. Lowes warranty group contracted Transform A&E Factory Service out for a 1st repair. That first repair actually ended up breaking our fridge further, so that it did not cool at all. When Lowes warranty had A&E back out for a third repair visit, the technician was rude and unhelpful. He barely looked at the refrigerator, simply stating that he should not have been called out in the first place. This was the same technician who originally "fixed" (i.e. broke further) the fridge in the first place. It is not our fault that Lowes factory service went with company, and yet the technician was rude and accusatory. I would not recommend Transform A&E to anyone, find another repair company

This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service on the planet. It is impossible to speak to anyone there. Everything is done by text and automated phone support. They cancelled my initial appointment without a call or chance to reschedule. I had to go online to create another appointment. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue with my oven. I had to pay for parts on the spot and they would be shipped to my home. The tech was able to make another appointment a few days later to install the parts. Without any warning, I received a text today stating my appointment was rescheduled for two weeks from now. I have tried all avenues to contact someone to discuss if there is an appointment sooner but there is no recourse whatsoever to speak to anyone in customer service. All phone numbers an avenues lead you to a vicious cycle of endless phone prompts and at no point are you given the option to speak to a human. If you value your time and customer service STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The technician did not complete the work and left. He opened the freezer box tray and left it outside. I am not able to put the tray back on to freezer box. I called customer service and not getting response.

Microwave was not functioning (heating) but control pad was still operational displaying clock and running time for heating. Technician shows up and looks at the template (inside the microwave) for model or serial number which was not readable (worn), so he states that he cannot help because he cannot order for a part number as needed. He did not bother looking into the control pad which has some part numbers behind that he may use to match the model. This is a Wall Oven / Microwave that was repaired before by a different company; similar situation where model template could not be read although it was the oven that needed repair yet the representative at the time figured out the pat numbers through the control pad. Will try to contact that previous service company.

Not only does this place have an archaic 7 hour appointment window, but they have some of the WORST technicians I have ever experienced. Some of them will show up drunk with an attitude, and never complete their work. And YOU CANNOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE LIVE. STAY FAR AWAR FROM THIS PLACE
