It took two weeks and three repair technicians to get my washer repaired. All it needed was a new water pump which took two weeks to get. The real problem was working on the phones and not having a person to talk to. Very frustrating I hated that. When Adonis came he was able to get the job done in 15 minutes. I was over charged. I paid $598. In advance

Our tech did a great job identifying and resolving the issue with a failed furnace gas valve. The scheduling system is horrible. Sears has implemented an AI scheduling system without any human intervention and this makes the customer experience hands down horrible. After the furnace part was procured, our tech was supposed to visit on Dec 11th but no one showed the entire day. Around 3 pm I called Sears and couldn’t get past the AI agent which was rescheduling my appointment for the 17th. Note it’s bone chilling cold in my area with temperatures hovering 1F. The AI agent failed me and threatened to end the call when I kept asking for human representation. Then I kept using the self service portal to find an earlier date and finally got the tech to return on the 15th. I wouldn’t call Sears again due to lack of customer service, engagement and experience.

Technician was on time and fixed the issue, but was here less than an hour and charged me $200 and called this a deal. I supplied the parts too. I had a coupon for $25 off and wouldn't accept it.

Repairman seemed competent but missed the first day's appointment. Having an 8 hour window that we have to wait is terribly inconvenient. It should be 4 hours at most.

Very friendly, timely, yet left and I need to call A& E because dryer is now making same noise I called about and then some... much louder, worse, drum rhythm sounds like loud agitator on washer. New sound not there prior to call!
