Charlie was very nice and knew what to look for. Repaired drier quickly. The only problem was his work load. The first text I got for estimated time of arrival was 2:30pm. I waited around all afternoon and kept getting delay notices. Charlie arrived around 6:30pm. I was his 14th call for the day. I felt bad for him but he was very kind. Thank you Charlie. Curt Hay

The experience was seamless. I utilized the virtual assistant to convey the necessary information like appliance model and the problems.
