Our A & E Technician Steve was Fantastic…Super Friendly & knowledgeable, he knew immediately what was wrong with our washer & the error codes we were getting! He did not have part on truck, but ordered while he was here. Part arrived to our home via UPS in 3 days; Steve had scheduled us for about a week out to come back once part arrived, A & E contacted me stating they received confirmation our part arrived and they could schedule me sooner so we get washer fixed ASAP…that is “5 Star” service! When I initially called their 800# call was answered immediately & got appointment within 2 days, guy who helped was super nice & gave me all info needed for appointment, plus sent text & email. We also receive a text message that you can click into to see your repair request & status, they notify you of the repair persons name who will be arriving to your home, give you a window time frame, and about an hour or so before tech arrives, another message to let you know he’s on his way! If you need your Kenmore appliances fixed & fixed properly there is no one else to call than A & E. A lot of repair service companies (as we have found out this past year) won’t touch a Kenmore anymore or they don’t know how to fix them! Had a horrible experience with repair company this past April trying to fix our dishwasher, guy had no idea, he ruined our dishwasher (was worse after he “fixed”) along with water leaks underneath sink & in basement after he left, we ended up buying a new dishwasher. Thank you A&E and Steve for such Outstanding “5 Star” Service, we will only be using you for any of our appliances needs going forward & Highly Recommended A & E!
