Abdalsam was at my house attempting to fix my washing machine but, unfortunately, he wasn’t able to do this due to missing parts. Instead, he spoke to the office requesting an alternative solution to this repair and he was told to pass along that someone from Sears would call in 3 to 5 days about a debit card that would be granted to allow for the purchase of a new washer. He was great in helping with this but, unfortunately, nobody from Sears has called yet with the debit card info.
