Brian did a very nice job with our AC, which was not cooling. This is the 2nd service call for the same reason and Brian was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. The other service provider had not done some things that would have prevented the need for a second service call. I appreciated Brian’s work to get us back up and running.
