Thomas the Service Representative was excellent in exploring my appliance problem and the solution. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me to understand what had to be done. He showed empathy and worked to resolve my problem. This was outstanding service. I had to leave before he finished the work. He took the time to call me to provide an update. He arrived earlier than the expected time. Thank you.

Excellent work on a difficult problem finding a leak under my dishwasher. Amazingly he was able to get a video of the hidden drip from the motor casing that was the problem. Have a complete description of the repair that would be required. He also cleaned up the leak so that no damage would be done. The visit was well worth the cost.

Tim knew what he was doing. Donta didn't turn on the water, left the filter out and broke one clamp, which caused a leak when Tim checked everything out. Tim definately knows what he's doing. Tim told me the filter needs cleaning periodically, which nobody mentioned before. I would recommend Tim any day.
