I'm a very direct person and this gentleman was very on point and direct to the issue at hand. I highly suggest the service technician to handle more repairs for Sears. He also told me possible other problems that could occur in the future that I should keep an eye on. Excellent service very impressed.

The technicians Donta and his trainee were great. However the call center failed to put all my concerns on the work order. I asked for the switch on my stove’s hood fan to be looked at aside from my other concern and this was not on the techs work order so they could not look at it.

Jason was professional and on time .he gets 5 stars .model # and symptoms were given prior to his dispatch, would have been nice if part would have been anticipated and on truck .now there with be a return trip.
