Very poor service. He came 3 time and didn’t fix the dishwasher. He as watching YouTube repairing my dishwasher since she don’t know repair. Sears charging use service fee and how can they send this with experience ppl.

Technician have no knowledge of electrical cook top, without opening he is telling they have no part available and that’s not true. He charged $149.00 for showing up. It’s a shame. Sears technician supposed to be the best. 👎

Biggest rip off ever!!! DO NOT use. I repeat DO NOT use. The first 3 times they canceled the appointment after I waited all day for them to show up. The fourth time they finally showed up. They charged me $240 to check to see that the board was getting power, and needed to be replaced. Which I told him when he walked in. The technician didn’t know what he was doing. Half the time he was here he was on the phone with another technician asking him what to do. He was a good little minion at the end and tried to sell me a service warranty. I asked him some questions about it which he gave me answers, but when I read the contract he was wrong about most of my questions. DO NOT buy that service warranty. Total scam, read the fine print. This is literally a huge scam Sears is pulling. Do yourself a favor and call someone who specializes in appliances.

Waited all day for the repair to show up. The tech kept delaying his arrival until his company canceled the repair.

He never called. The only reason I knew he was there is that i saw him with my Google app. He knew where the ac unit was at the side of the house, but never made an effort to see if it was leaking. We were sitting on the back deck. Terrible customer service!!

Appointment was 8-12. Early I. The morning text said around 9. Tech called at 930 and said between 10-11. Called again at 1030 and said 20 mins. Finally showed at 11:20. Was charged $149 to be told oven wasn’t repairable after I had provided model and serial number ahead of time. Do not use this company!

We bought a GE Profile Refrigerator from Lowes, and in 14 months it was broken and was not cooling. Lowes warranty group contracted Transform A&E Factory Service out for a 1st repair. That first repair actually ended up breaking our fridge further, so that it did not cool at all. When Lowes warranty had A&E back out for a third repair visit, the technician was rude and unhelpful. He barely looked at the refrigerator, simply stating that he should not have been called out in the first place. This was the same technician who originally "fixed" (i.e. broke further) the fridge in the first place. It is not our fault that Lowes factory service went with company, and yet the technician was rude and accusatory. I would not recommend Transform A&E to anyone, find another repair company
