I had this company come out for my fridge. The only thing positive I can say is that they thought they knew what was wrong with it. I offered to buy the part myself have it overnighted so we could have the fridge for over the weekend. Marshall, the repair man said that sounds like a good idea. Then he was supposed to come the next day so I made the appt and order the part. The next day , said he couldn’t make it. I understand if people run late but this was disappointing given I paid over $50 for overnight shipping to get the part there. When the part got there, it was the wrong one! Marshall had given me the wrong part number to buy. It was for the wrong fridge !! so then I yet again had to buy a different part number have it overnighted, one that I looked up for myself. He then came two days later and installed it and said it was fixed. He then didn’t put the fridge back or the trim pieces on because it was going to be past 4:30 PM. One star, never again. So sad .

They came out spent 2 hours looking for the issue. Said they found the issue and fixed it. That was on Monday. Ran the appliance Thursday. Water still was pouring through.

Very poor service. He came 3 time and didn’t fix the dishwasher. He as watching YouTube repairing my dishwasher since she don’t know repair. Sears charging use service fee and how can they send this with experience ppl.

Technician have no knowledge of electrical cook top, without opening he is telling they have no part available and that’s not true. He charged $149.00 for showing up. It’s a shame. Sears technician supposed to be the best. 👎

Biggest rip off ever!!! DO NOT use. I repeat DO NOT use. The first 3 times they canceled the appointment after I waited all day for them to show up. The fourth time they finally showed up. They charged me $240 to check to see that the board was getting power, and needed to be replaced. Which I told him when he walked in. The technician didn’t know what he was doing. Half the time he was here he was on the phone with another technician asking him what to do. He was a good little minion at the end and tried to sell me a service warranty. I asked him some questions about it which he gave me answers, but when I read the contract he was wrong about most of my questions. DO NOT buy that service warranty. Total scam, read the fine print. This is literally a huge scam Sears is pulling. Do yourself a favor and call someone who specializes in appliances.
