1. Technician 5 (friendly, seems to be fixed right the first time, courteous) 2. Scheduling 3.5 (offered an earlier day but someone else got it faster; then rescheduled the original repair date twice; so implies SHS is cutting back on technicians?) 3. AI Scheduling & Help 3 (it worked, so there is that; but offering only AI assistance implies SHS has new mgmt that is milking the cow.)
