Technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, to replace a simple start switch, I would have to buy a whole module at a cost of $750. About the cost of a new dryer. So I did not elect to do the repair.

The tech who ultimately fixed my refrigerator was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. My initial evaluation of the problem could have been handled by phone rather than a 5-minute visit. I realize the $149 fee is the company’s way of assuring the client uses their service to complete the job. Be aware you also need to pay in advance for parts and installation of them.
