The technician Marshall was wonderful. He came early, which was much appreciated, and he thoroughly analyzed why my refrigerator door was not closing properly. I had the same issue addressed in a repair visit in April but the problem soon reoccurred. Marshall identified the problem not as a hinge bolt but rather, resetting the leg which levels the refrigerator. It’s working fine now.
