I called Sears for repairs on my dryer. They sent a technician the very next day. He texted before coming and arrived on time. He removed his shoes and got to work immediately. He tried to fix my dryer and showed me the damage that had occurred over years! “Seth from Sears was wealth of knowledge and explained everything in great detail. He was courteous knowledgeable and extremely professional in his service. 10/10 for Seth!
