Sears always sends amazing and experienced technicians. This time was no different!

Sears needs more repair/servicemen like Joshua. When he comes to the house, he enjoys being there, he enjoys his job and he’s great interacting with the customers. He’s thorough, he explains things smoothly and he he’s personable and most importantly competent at what he does. The job’s gonna get done right and get done well the first time.. I’d give Joshua 10 stars if I could just impressed by this young man

I'm a very direct person and this gentleman was very on point and direct to the issue at hand. I highly suggest the service technician to handle more repairs for Sears. He also told me possible other problems that could occur in the future that I should keep an eye on. Excellent service very impressed.

Cass was great. He came in, troubleshooted the issue and fixed it in less than 30mins for my snowblower
