Making the appointment was easy and I selected a day and time frame that worked best and planned my day for a 7-11am arrival. At 9:30 i receieved a call letting me know it would be around 1:30 instead. I appreciated the heads up even though I had to adjust my day. When he finally showed up at 3pm, I wasn't impressed. Just don't pre-schedule a time in that case. But ... once Tim arrived, he was very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within a half hour.

Technician arrived on time but didn’t fix the issue he ran the dishwasher and it didn’t leak at first. So he said nothing to do and ran a cleaning cycle just 3 mins after he left at the end of the cleaning cycle it started to leak I called back but he said I needed to do another order all over again which is frustrating since I already paid the fee

Not really friendly

The service was good when and if I could get it. Your AI sucks. A text message would say one thing, emails something else. I'd receive a message that the tech was on his way, and then he would not show up. Last week I waited from 8am to 6pm with promises throughout the day of being the next customer. I was canceled twice after waiting a whole day. What a waste of my time!! Even today, first service was confirmed for between 8 and 5. Then it was confirmed for approx 9:07, he was only one stop away. Then it was confirmed for approx 10:12, again he was only one stop away. He finally showed up at 10:30. I've had the part sitting here since the beginnig of June. Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer. And I still won't know if the dishwasher works properly until I run a full load all the way to the end. This was an extended warranty repair from another company, thankfully it didn't cost me anything.

Adonis He’s a fraud be careful he doesn’t do no repair. He just opened your dryer and reinstall it and there’s not do nothing. He pretended like he did something and he even as soon as he went to the dryer room, he close the door why you close the door that’s kind of suspicious.

It stopped working for a week after repairs

Door wasn’t correctly installed and the tech thought it was. I asked him to fix it, he clearly struggled with it and got it a little better not still not aligned right. Now it won’t close properly at all.

Technician could not diagnose problem. Could not do anything that I had not already tried. Had to call another company

Not sure, the serviceman was nice, but the part never showed up. I had to go get it from another vendor. I had to wait another week to get it installed, the repairman was two hour late from the window of 8 to 12pm. It took another conversation to get my money back for the part that did not arrive. There is a lack of professionalism and communication.

Booked a repair and they never showed up. They sent an automatic reschedule message for me to rebook and they didn't show up again. No human agents to speak with. It's A.I. only. Missed 2 half days of work for nothing. Will never deal with this company again
