Technician is great. Very knowledgeable but your appointment system SUCKS!!!! Text confirms appointment, yet no one updated the arrival time and no one showed up until the NEXT day because I ended up cancelling and rescheduling for that day. No humans to talk to just bots EVERYWHERE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WOW!!!! Won't be using again. WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY WAITING FOR UPDATE. YOU SUCK!!!!

I feel bad writing this because the guy that came out was very prompt and friendly. But charging me a 150 to tell me my washer and dryer can’t be cleaned or fixed and I should just buy a new one is sort of a scam. I should’ve just saved myself 150 bucks and bought new stuff, I know it’s not working. I don’t to pay someone to tell me that and offer no actual solutions. I just can’t believe that there’s literally nothing to be done about it.

Our Technician did a great job! The scheduling of the appointment and canceling over and over and over Is constant! This time it took 30-40 days to get our washer fixed and this is not the first time!

The contractor was excellent in his repairs The communication system needs much work. I received confirmation 3 days In a row prior to my appointment amd confirmed the same including the day of repair. However 4 hours later the same day of repair I received a cancelation and confirmation for 2 days later. No explanation... No way to call no confirmatinn on my end 2 days later was acceptable. After multiple calls to remedy and confirm a time .frame they gave of 8 to 5 I accepted with hesitation.. Upon the next date of confirmation for repair a Link was provided for follow up. The link did not work. Wow.... thankful the repair man showed up at 430 and so far the washing machine works. What doesnt work is the broken service in between As a real estate agent who sells this product and has received top sales FOR this program I am extremely disappointed.... will rethink this program unless there is a remedy for customer service and a call to review procedures and follow up. #callMe210

Called about the water filter in the fridge being stuck and unable to remove it to change it. Its supposed to pop in and out by pressing on it. Richard came, couldnt remove it, ordered parts (which came next day) but couldnt come back for over a week. Came back, removed and replaced the receptacle, put in the new filter and told me it wouldn't come out either so I would have to repeat the entire process (including new parts for receptacle!) anytime I wanted to change the filter! I was somewhat dumbfounded and he left. How do you charge for a repair where the problem isn't fixed? Completely unsatisfactory. Nice enough man but not interested in fixing the problem, just perpetuating it. When I filed the claim with the home warranty company, I requested a different company that had worked with us before. They sent Sears instead, despite it being a Frigidaire. And I provided make and model info when i filed the claim, so why not bring parts with? I will never use Sears again for anything, if I can help it!

I down loaded the bill that has no mailing address to send payment. I have been trying to get this info for 45 min and I Still have had no help in getting this info. Maybe you should look in to this problem. Tell your ai to have the information so customers don't end up with high blood pressure.

AI agent said they accept AMEX - tech said they didn't when on site - that's annoying as that's the card I left for payment on site - also, tech wouldn't shimmy the machine out of built in cabinet - said he couldn't get access to it - never had a tech complain about it before - really had a bad attitude. Won't use these guys again. Can't recommend.

Well Brian was at my house 3 times to fix my furnace, the first time he replaced the condensation pump in November 2025, after installing the new pump he forgot to put a cap on before he left my house and water was everywhere. I texted him to come back and he did what he had to do. By Christmas day while I am cooking dinner my daughter tells me there is water everywhere and the pump was leaking water all over and in the furnace room and new carpet adjourning room was soaked. I turned off my humidifier to hopefully stop the water from leaking. He came back on Jan 2, I think to see what the problem was and he said the condensation pump was not working properly and he said that my humidifier hose was clogged and that is what caused the pump to go bad. Well, it was working fine up until 12/25/2025 when we discovered water all over the place again. Anyway, he said he had to order a new pump. So, he unplugged the current condensation pump, turned off the humidifier and we had to wait for the other pump. He was scheduled to come back on 1/19/2026, however I noticed more water was leaking again which really upset me and he was here on 1/14/2026 with the new pump. Brian DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE FURNACE WAS GOING TO CONTINUE TO LEAK WATER or I would have had him come back way sooner than 1/19/2026. He said the furnace creates condensation so yes it would leak, like I am supposed to know this. I made my feelings known about the water to continue to leak from the furnace and that he should have told me that the furnace was going to continue to leak, he said oh "Sorry about that" In the meantime I have brand new carpet in an adjourning with wet carpet. He replaced the pump again, left the old pump for me to dispose of, which I think is bad form. However, after putting in the second pump, he left, he did not turn the furnace back on so when we realized this, the house was 63 degrees. It has been a battle to get this work done and I understand you are doing Warranty work, but I would think that your technicians are experienced and care about what they are doing. IT WAS Denied no repair happened here. Because the repairman incorrectly diagnosed the problem. System has a leak and needs to be fixed and recharged.
