still not cooling to dialed in level , I don't think it's his fault but still need work, the time delay from when we requested service till was done has been 2 months. this is unacceptable I will likely cancel the service due to slow service and repeated trips to nearly repair it

They fit me in quickly for the first appointment, had to order parts, and came right back and installed the parts! The whole thing was done in 3 days. Donte was excellent! He was cheerful and professional, and explained everything in a down-to-earth manner without me feeling like he was trying to push me into anything. Will definitely use Sears again!

Technician communicated before and during visit… Was on time, professional, thorough, and efficiently found the issue and repaired it. Thankfully it was covered under warranty. Process was easy and painless even during the busy pre-holiday week.
