Marshall was not the problem it was the company communation that sucked. If i have to deal with you again i will cancel my account as i only deal with humans and all you use are computers and i dont like it. I could never talk to any one for 3 weeks only a computer and had to make 15 calls and nothing was done all the wrong info was added dates and times were incorrect, what was ordered was incorrect and more time was added when the trip should have only been one trip in stead of three. Three days of my family's time also and three work trips for yoor tech, which was not necessary.

First of all Edward was wonderful and did a wonderful at my home however your communitation system leaves a lot to be desired. It was horrible I spent 5 days on the computer trying to correct y service info and stil i could not adjust anything and i was not afforded the opportunity to speak to a human being Your system sucks and i hope i do not have to use it again. Edward could not get approved on the phone as he waited quite a while to get one and with no success I had to call Choice myself after Edward left as he had to continue his route and couldn't wait any longer . I still dont know when someone is coming back to replace my freezer bucket which was broke????
