The tech was great did a good job. He quoted me approx $358.00 before he started. Then when I went to pay the cost was $550.00. He asked me what do you want to do I needed the dryer fixed so I payed the 550.

Good repair finally, but way too many text messages asking if we would like to change date or can they come earlier, will we really be home, or type 1 if we want the repair etc. etc.

Good guy, was able to fix door latch on washing machine which worked temporarily and is now not latching unless I hold door in latch position until it locks. this is the 3 time for repair and issue is still not resolved.
