This place is a disgrace they no showed me not one but twice both times called and said they were on their way never showed !!! I guess it's all about their schedule not mine both times I waited all day for them to show up not to mention you can't get a person on phone they are rude and a disgrace to the business world !!!!!!! I seen another review similar to mine they responded saying sorry and left a phone number saying please contact umm really why don't you disgraceful business contact they people you no call no show and apologize god !!!!!

Sears Home Servicecs l without a doubt provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Today was the last straw with another no call, no show. Three phone calls with Sears today qith no results except apologizing for my inconvenience while I texted with the technicians confirming I wasnt even on his route even though today was my scheduled appointment. This is a LG warranty call that I've been trying to get repaired for more than 4 months. After the no call no show today,I fixed the problem myself in 5 minutes using the part that they had drop shipped to me. If you like frustration and confrontation, Sears Home Service is the company for you. If you value your time and sanity and have any other option available for warranty ir repair, look elsewhere. You will thank me later.

The customer service is appalling. I was transferred to 4 different continents and spoke with 6 different people and to add to the misery didn’t frequent flyer miles… they still haven’t issued my refund. I have a fridge that now doesn’t fully work since they came out and when asked to come at least get it back to the working point like it was before they came to do a minor repair I was told it would cost me another 1,034.00. No thanks I’ll buy ice and use a cooler before I pay them to make something worse than they found it. Don’t want your fridge to keep things cold? Call Sears appliance repair. Freezer freezing things and you would rather in not? Call Sears appliance repair! Have an ice maker that makes ice but you prefer it to not work at all? Call Sears appliance repair. Enjoy talking to people all over the world for 2 hours on the phone in 4 different countries? Call Sears appliance repair!! They are your go to company if you like to be annoyed!!
