Steve N. fixed the oven. He performed the repair timely today. He arrived on time. Unfortunately it took nine months to get the correct parts and a qualified repairperson to our house. Glad the oven is finally fixed, thanks to Steve. Many frustrations with Sears over the last nine months.

Very flawless service call. The AI call taker at first worried me but it was very smooth. Good updates on arrival time and when tech got here, went right to work. Discovered repair was minor and got my dryer running. Signed up for appliance warranty plan that covers all ours. Very happy with service

Simon was great. Too many texts and calls from sears. Hate that they try to sell you a plan. Wish appointment could be 8-12:00 or 12:00-5:00 instead of 8:00-5:00
