Our dryer stopped heating..therefore did not dry our clothes. We called Sears Repair, the serviceman came ...the dryer seemed to run fine but it was suggested we clean the ducts that exited from the dryer. The serviceman stated that if cleaning the ducts did not solve the heat/dry problem he would return without a service charge to repair the dryer. After we had the ducts cleaned..which were dirty the dryer still did not function properly so the Sears repairman returned and replaced the heat coil. It works great now. What we appreciated is no parts were replaced before proof they needed to be and no extra service charge was made. The repairman was polite and knowledgeable and explained clearly what he was doing and even reminded us of a 20% coupon on line.

Arrived on time, very professional and made a repair that will last. Very happy with all aspects of the service from booking on line to the service provided.
