My technician was amazing. He called shortly after 8 and was on his way. I was at work but my daughter was working from home to let him in. She texted me at 8:30 that he was already done. There wasn’t a charge because they fixed the same thing about 6 months ago so it was a no charge visit. My daughter said he was very pleasant to deal with.
