Very thorough. We had five major appliances checked to make sure everything was working properly. He explained what he did and the results. He pointed a couple of minor issues, but in general everything checked out. Our technician was very nice and timely.

My dryer wasn’t drying the clothes. I didn’t know where to look as I am new to MI. I called the Sears repair and they sent Simon out to do repairs. I was worried (to say the least) a new dryer was not an option at this time. Simon fixed the airflow problem in a matter of minutes ! The most important thing is NO MORE WORRIES. The charge wasn’t bad either. Thank you Simon💕
