I love giving 5-Star Reviews... This isn't one of them. This has been one of the worst services I've ever experienced. The original service call was quickly scheduled. $129 diagnostic is ridiculous, especially if I decided not to go with them, but I did. Tech upsold the $50 monthly warranty, I paid $450 up front to order the part and have my washer fixed. The part came on Wednesday, the repair was supposed to be done on Friday. I stayed home all day, no call, no show. I tried to reschedule for Friday and then again for Monday. The chatbot on their site is useless. Trying to get someone in customer service was frustrating (40 minutes on hold). Finally got an email on Monday to reschedule the appointment for Tuesday. Beyond disappointed with this company. Cancelling the warranty. I don't ever want to deal with them again.

They set up an appointment for all day. We made sure we were home all day and they didn't show or call. I get a text 4 days later to reschedule and the next available appointment is 6 days from then. You can talk to a real person when you call.

Needed to have dryer fixed, called Sears they wouldn’t even schedule a service without knowing the brand of dryer. The day of service, technician was very nice and helpful, after fixing dryer worked for only 1 day then I had to call for a reservice, second technician came out to realize that Sears doesn’t service on my dryer brand, they can’t even order any parts so what did the first technician fixed? FYI, my dryer still does not work properly after paying $313 Call Sears again many times to have money back, theh kept saying billling department will call back after 7 business days and it has been 1 month still haven’t heard from them, very disappointed as a repeated customer, wouldn’t recommend it and will take my business somewhere else

Paul did an excellent job! The communication through Sears was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Our parts came to the house and we scheduled the repair a month out as we were leaving on vacation. I received AT LEAST 20 texts saying they rescheduled us for an earlier date. I responded with “No, keep our original date!” I then had to go back online and schedule it for our original date. I was assured by their AI online chat it would not be rescheduled again! Only to receive another text saying we were rescheduled…and over and over I would have to reschedule for our original date DURING MY VACATION! ! When I complained, I was given a phone number that rang, went to a busy signal, then hung up. The last straw was I received a text saying I was rescheduled for THAT DAY and the tech would be there at 4:00! Once again I responded NO, we are not home. THEY then RESCHEDULED US FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY! Ugh! I received a phone call from Paul he was on his way at 3:45!!! I WILL NEVER USE SEARS HOME SERVICES AGAIN! I have never experienced such an inept service such as this! SO FRUSTRATING!

Hudsonville, MI: We called Sears to repair our LG Washer. Paul our tech was a nice guy...but the issue was the part that needed to be replaced was $92.14 and the labor cost was $349. The tech was their less than hour. We are well inside there service zone so travel was not a factor. I understand companies need to make $$, but this "highway robbery". I would not recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone.

I so far have had to taken 10 hours of my day to wait for a technician. The second time he was out all he said was I had a leak and he was not certified to fix and I'd have to wait for someone who could fix it to call. When I called the number he gave me all I got was it's not my department or I can't help you and my favorite was that's not my problem. This first time I called to report the problem I was transfers 9 times and finally I pleaded with the guy not to transfer me and he finally got me an appointment. Your customer service sucks I now have to take more time off work to get my problem fixed not to mention this whole process has taken a month to resolve I have spent about $6000.00 at Sears in the last 3 years and this is the last time I buy anything from Sears.

Tech was scheduled to arrive between 8 am - 12 pm. Showed up after 2:00 pm. Didn't really know what was wrong so fiddled with a couple of things and told me to run a few loads to see what happens. First 3 loads ran fine. Washer broke again.
