It was horrible! I bought a frig 18 months ago that cost me $600 to repair. The first time they were suppose to repair it I took a day off and they were suppose to come between 1-5 and they finally called to say they were coming and I had another appointment because it was well after 5:00 so I had to reschedule again. Second time they came had to order a part so the 3rd time they came out and I thought they were done but no my water and ice which wasn't a problem before now didn't work. So the 4th time the guy came out and plugged all the wire in properly. I will never buy from Sears again!

The repairman show up and just fix the refrigerator without giving me a quote first it was 200 something dollars to fix the fridgerator I did not want to spend that kind of money he should have give me a quote first then asked me if I wanted him to repair it

I wasted my annual check-up on nothing as the tech did not repair anything. My washer still does not drain and I had to schedule another appointment for the same issue.

Completely disappointed. Repair man came out, reviewed the washer, showed me how it was out of balance, pushed it back and said that's what I needed to do. He left and I ran the washer again and water still flooded the floor. The washer is not fixed and I'm out $89.

Knowledgable repairman... Bad product Kenmore (LG refrigerator) ... Meat drawer falls out,,, they ordered new drawer slides and it made no difference, now they ordered a new drawer.... perhaps this will help..... I think the refrigerator interior plastic sides are warped... we have been dealing with this problem daily for over a year... I think it is time for credit toward a new refrigerator..

Went a month without a fridge an every call with Sears they just tried to sell me the home warranty. The wait times to speak with someone are long, even when they called me. Had an apt scheduled from 7am-11am received a call at 8:30 saying he was running late and estimates to be at my house around 12. Finally received a call around 1 that he is an our out from my house. Finally arrives 2:15 and left the house at 5. Day lost having to stick around the house waiting for a repair guy who was nice and knew what he was doing. But he did have to come back on Tuesday due to not plugging something in correctly. Mistakes happen and I am okay with his service just not happy with the phone service I received while waiting for my part.

Tech showed up on time, He installed it, and left within 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the motor was not the problem, and he did not run a cycle I did and it was still the same problem. So we have to wait another week or more for another service visit and who knows how long the shipping will take,

Phone Calls Made: 5 Individuals Talked To: 9 Time Spent on the Phone: Over 3.5 hours Time Spent on Hold: Almost 2.25 hours Repair Appointments Scheduled: 2 REPAIRS COMPLETED: 0 I don't usually take the time to write reviews, whether I've had a positive or negative experience. It just doesn't seem worth my time. But I felt compelled in this scenario. This place was awful and completely wasted HOURS of my time... Every step of the way. And my (4 year old) dishwasher is still broken. It looks like I'll have to buy a new one. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO SEARS TO DO SO. Such a shame since my grandmother (currently 98) worked for them for 30 years. I thought they were a company I could trust. Simply disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed with Sears Appliance Repair because when I spoke with the Sears representative before setting up the appointment, I specifically indicated the problem I was experiencing with the dryer (smoke smell, likely clogged vent, desire to have vent replaced) and asked (at least twice) if the person coming out would bring the proper tools to fix it and whether he would have the ability to fix it. I was told that he would in fact have the necessary tools and that he would be able to fix it. When he arrived, he spent 2-3 minutes examining the dryer and vent and announced that Sears didn't do this type of work. He confirmed that the vent was clogged and that was the reason for the smoke smell. He gave me a bill of $79, which he said he had to collect. He gave me the number of the company's Resolution Hotline. I tried to explain the problem to this individual who ended up hanging up on me.
